5. Conduct and Ethics

Students are expected to maintain respect, discipline, and decorum in all interactions — with teachers, peers, and during live sessions. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or expulsion without refund.

6. Schedule and Program Changes

Gurukul of Sanskritam reserves the right to modify course schedules, session timings, faculty assignments, or delivery modes when necessary. Participants will be informed in advance whenever possible.

7. Fees and Payments

• All fees must be paid in full prior to accessing course materials unless a payment plan has been approved.
• Fees are non-transferable between programs or students.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

Our programs are designed for educational and spiritual enrichment. Gurukul of Sanskritam does not provide guarantees regarding specific personal or professional outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gurukul of Sanskritam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in our Programs or use of our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
